Register for Play

To participate in the Grand Chute Baseball program you must register using one of the forms below. Please use the form for the baseball program you wish to participate in. Bring the completed form with you to registration.

• Babe Ruth - Players ages 13 - 18. Print Registration Form


• Cal Major - Players ages 11-12 that are new to the league or coming from the minor league and need to try out. Print Registration Form


• Cal Minor - Players ages 9-10 that are new to the league or coming from the rookie league and need to try out. Print Registration Form


• Rookie - Players ages 7 - 8. Print Registration Form


• T-Ball - Players ages 5 - 6. Print Registration Form
