• Please read all the information on our fundraiser, this is the major financial support for our league. Our fundraiser begins on Tuesday April 1, 2008
• Pizza slips (or your buy out of $50.00) must be turned in by Tuesday April 15th 2008.
• Check the schedule for pizza pick up times and mark your calendar for delivery on Saturday May 3rd 2008 in the swimming pool parking lot at Plamann Park. Please be sure to show up at your assigned times. The truck is loaded in order of delivery times.
• All prizes awarded for the fundraiser will be presented the third week in June.
• Turn in your medical card to your coach before the first practice. (Your child can not practice without them).
• Picture day is Saturday May 17th, 2008.  See your team's scheduled time. Each sponsor receives a team picture to display, so please try to attend even if you do not plan to purchase an individual picture.
• Rookie will have an end of the year tournament the last week of the season. Trophies will be awarded for 1st through 4th place. Schedule of games and times will be based on season scores and will not be available until after the LAST game of the season.
• Parking for diamond #6: Please do not park on the road or the grass. Outagamie County Police will ticket your vehicle. There is additional parking in the swimming pool parking lot.
• Please pick up all litter; we are only guests in the park.
• Things you can do to help your child:
  • Be at your child's games and practices. Your being there is important.
  • Work with your child to help improve their basic skills.

Our goal is to teach your child baseball fundamentals, sportsmanship, and team participation and to have fun with the game of baseball. Since teaching is a time consuming job, we need your assistance to help us during the season. Please do what you can to help your coach, it can be very rewarding.
