GC Summer League
Registration for 2026 will open on January 1st 2026
Majors - The most experienced level of GC baseball, played on 50/65 diamonds and recommended for coed 11 and 12 year old players. Official baseball rules apply, but implements of some special rules as necessary for the development and welfare of this young age group. Games consist of six innings or 90 minute time limit. In order to encourage the league to train more pitchers. There are rules that set the maximum number of innings a pitcher may pitch in a calendar week.
Minors - Minor League 46/60 is recommended for coed ballplayers ages 9-10. Players build and refine their fundamental skills while beginning to understand game strategy and teamwork. Games consist of six innings or 90 minute time limit. Minor league players will face live player pitching and base stealing. In order to encourage the league to train more pitchers, there are rules that set the maximum number of innings a pitcher may pitch in a calendar week.
Rookie - The Rookie level is designed for coed ballplayers ages 7-8 years old. This division makes use of a manual pitching machine. The athletes will continue to learn and grow their basic skills of hitting, base running, throwing and catching. Scores will be kept and it will be a little more competitive than T-ball, yet be a fun supportive environment.
T-Ball - T-Ball is designed for coed ballplayers ages 5-6. The players begin to learn basic hitting, base running, throwing and catching in a supportive fun team environment. Beginner athletes will hit the ball from a batting tee which is height-adjusted for all or through coach pitch.
Ages
Majors - Birthdate between 5/1/2013 and 8/31/2015*
Minors - Birthdate between 5/1/2015 and 8/31/2017*
Rookies - Birthdate between 5/1/2017 and 8/31/2019*
T-Ball - Birthdate between 5/1/2019 and 8/31/2021
* Players with a birthdate in May, June, July, or August of the year that divides age groups has the option to play up to the next age group or stay in their standard group.
When
Games will take place twice a week starting after Memorial day and continuing to the end of July. Registration is open from early January to early April.
Where
Most games are played at Plamann Park, with some games at Patriot Park depending on schedule and age group.
Practices
Practices are determined by individual teams.
Games
Majors & Rookie - Games are played on Mondays and Wednesdays
Minors & T-Ball - Games are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Majors & Minors - Games consist of six innings or 90 minute time limit.*
Rookies - Games will consist of 6 innings or last for 75 minutes, whichever occurs first.*
T-Ball - Games will consist of 6 innings or last for 1 hour, whichever occurs first.*
*Innings will be completed based on baseball rules once time limit is reached.
Jerseys
Team jerseys and league hats are provided. Jersey size is requested during the registration process.

Volunteering
Each family is asked to donate 2 hours to the organization. If you would prefer, there is an option to buyout of the volunteer hours for $100.
